User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDo not do business with them unless you like throwing your money away. I had a remote starter installed improperly and they would not correct it nor refund my money. The installer was down-right rude. He claimed to be the manager and has been doing remote installs for years. Took my car to Mickey Shor and had it done right. They ripped out the civic music remote starter and installed a new one and it works like a charm. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY WITH THEM.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe worst place to do business. The owner Chris charged us $100 to hook up a rear view mirror. Apparently he hooked it up to the dome light. My car died 3 times and I took it to the dealership and they said I had a bad battery. It died again then the dealership took the entire car apart to find nothing. Eventually we told them maybe it was the rear view mirror (never crossed my mind). Sure enough it was. The dealership charged me $500 to put my car back together and we paid $100 for the crappy install from Chris. Who ever ever would have thought a rear view mirror would kill your battery then car. He was screaming at me on the phone (as I was screaming at him too) and he said, "See you in court!" and hung up on me. How professional is that!! I highly recommend finding another place to do business. He's a very rude and shady businessman (if you can even call him a man).

Name speaks for itself. Civic. Isn't that the reason why all the Americans are losing there jobs? Dust covered. Punk Kids. I would much rather go to Sound Advantage over these kids..

u are all wrong i have had my whole entire car done there from door speaker to amps subs batteries everything. they do great work and are very good people. my friends have had cars done there and they love them. you guys need to learn ur stuff first
