User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDo not ever use this salon! They claimed they were moving to a different location and shut their doors without warning. I had to get my bridesmaid dresses at a different place and will have to pay for alterations for my wedding dress that was supposed to be for free. They also have an F rating on the Better Business Bureau site! I can see why they have a F rating. I give them an F as well.

Do NOT ever use this bridal salon. My daughter got her dress and paid for aulterations, but this salon has shut off their phones and shut their doors. We recieved a letter stating that they are moving to new location, and to go to the seamstress' house for aultrations. The seamstress is telling them that they will be charged for the aultrations, because she is doing it out of her house.
They already paid for aultrations. WHAT A RIP

The two women that work there are super nice and helpful. I went to Elegant Impressions where I found my dress for almost $1000 and went I went to Always and Forever I was able to order it for under $800. They have years of experience with brides and dresses. The store is not quite as glamorous but the price is right and the customer service is great!!
