User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI went into Stans Auto Repair, needing a lot of work on my car. I made an appointment and received an estimate that Stan went over with me. He explained in detail what needed to be done right away and what could wait. I am on a fixed income and could not afford all the work done at that time. Stan was very honest and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with all the work. I will be a forever customer.

I am starting to trust this shop more...: I came back to this shop for the second and third time. The second time was for a front brake job. They quoted me with rotor to be replaced with a new one, but at the end of the day, they told me that they were able to save the rotor, thus, paying less. They recommended that the rear was also due for service but I declined, and they just said "ok" and didn't pressure me. Guess what, after 3 or 4 weeks later, I started hearing noise from the back when I step on the brake, and guess what, they are right: the rear needs to be fixed. This time, they said that both were all rusted, and cannot be saved - I said no problem. When they did road testing, they noticed that the right front rotor was warped. They replaced it without paying for labor, just the price of the new rotor. They explained it to me as if that was their mistake since they were the one who fixed it the first time. I really felt that this shop is really honest about their work.
I am trusting this shop more and I won't hesitate to take my cars there for repair next time. I will even recommend this place to my friends...
