User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAnother name of this place is J. Barbaro. Some stores at the great lake crossing send you here for alterations just to make your clothing unreturnable as quickly as possible. Don't listen to them and avoid this place at all cost.
They messed up my designer's jacket that I bought at the NM last call by removing all the unique stitches even though I had asked them not to do so a couple of times. In this place, a clerk instead of a tailor, who obviously didn't know what he was doing, was making all the measurements. When I later met Jason, the owner of this place, he became very rude to me and refused to fix their mistakes. Only after I called the NM last call to complain about Jason, he suddenly changed his attitude. I wouldn't trust these folks.
