had issue resolved a gift certificate/apology: The waitress misplaced our pool table number. She refused to cash us out until she found the number she misplaced. This took 10-15 minutes. We were late getting home for our babysitter to leave. We had told her when we were leaving and that we were in a hurry. This made no sense since she was the moran that mislayed the number. When leaving the obesse bouncer was rude. We will go back but get drinks from the bar and guard our pool table number. Spoke to manager we discussed the issue. She spoke to employees. She sent a letter/apology and a gift certificate.

I've been there three times now and have always been impressed. Incredible food, great service and wonderful atmosphere.

I have gone to Roosevelts for the past 3-4 years. We got because we love the pool tables. The service use to be amazing, but now you could be playing for a good 30 minutes before someone comes to you and asks if you want anything. Once they come by the first time it takes them a bit to come back and service you again. Even when you are waiting at the bar to get a table, which you now need to get from a certain side of the bar, you could wait for a while before the bartenders notice you. Most of the time it's easier to walk to the other, ask for help and walk back to the other side because the bartenders won't notice you there otherwise. The place is definately pricey.
