Friday, June 26 -- the business suddenly closed today with no warning what-so-ever to customers!!! I bought an unlimited membership 2 weeks ago, and was given no indication the business was in trouble. I should have known though. The place (under new management) was frequently dirty, floors never swept garbage rarely emptied. The staff was not friendly and always parked their car in the fire lane, practically blocking the door. The young girl who worked there had an IQ about 2 points above plant life. All staff seemed more interested in watching the TV than in waiting on customers. I'm not surprised the place closed, as they were very unprofessional in all aspects of business. I was only waiting for my pre-paid membership to run out before switching to another salon. But this one closed up with no refunds, no warnings, and without the decency to even put a sign on the window. Waterford is better off without businesses like this to give it a bad name!
