Worst Cust Service: The cashiers a rude, slow and don't know when to call for help. The mangers are incompetent. I hate this store. I will drive an extra 10 miles to go to the Clarkston one.

I won't be back: A month of so ago I purchased a jar of Nivea Visage from the Walgreens on Dixie Highway in Waterford. This morning when I was using it I found some kind of object buried in the cream. I returned the jar to the above store and was treated like some kind of con artist. I was asked how come I didn't find this object before now and was told to contack Nivea and send it back to them and they might send me a replacement.
When I asked why Walgreens couldn't do that the manager stalked of to the skin care deprtment and came back with a new jar which he opened and stirred all the way through to make sure I wouldn't be back to exchange it because there was something in the jar.
I very much resent being treated as I was and you can be sure that I will not be returning to Walgreen's. And particularly to that store.
I was surprised because the young ladies that have always taken care of me have always been very nice and helpful.
