Bad customer service. She doesn't greet customers. There is a lady there and she was so rude and mean. She tossed my money to me shortly after I picked up some drycleaning. I asked her if she can give me a price on cleaning a wedding dress, she seemed like she didn't like my business. Ever since then I didn't go there and my sister stopped going there too. They don't do so good with stains either. The prices are not so bad but it's a waste of money, really. You get what you pay...LOL
