the worst service ever. We bought our car on Saturday, took over an hour off work on Monday to bring requested papers and to get the promised service done and keep getting screwed by these people. "It'll be done on Monday" and then "Tuesday" and now after waiting all day AGAIN to hear from them we are being told Thursday. We have not even been able to enjoy our car after being promised "we'll take care of everything on Monday" Yeah, right. They are the people that will tell you anything to make the sale. And read your papers very carefully. We were being signed up for an expensive g.a.p. coverage w/o asking for it! Thank god we read everything, I just feel bad for those who don't. Did I mention we drove over and hour to get shuffled to another one of their dealerships who had no idea we were coming? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Save your hassle, there are to many other Chevrolet places that will value your business.

have not been compinsated in any way. Also, make sure you ask for your carfax and 117 point GM certified report. Things were not done as reported.
Just bought a used car from there and they really worked their tales off to get me in a car in my monthly price range! Ask for Big Al!

**another update** Breaks need replacing, missing break clips, had to replace a ball joint and other issues. Still waiting on the copy of the 117 point inspection and we have only had this 2 months.
