    I will let my teeth rot before i go back here. They have you sign a form showing how much you will be responsible for paying, you get the service, pay the bill in full, and 6 months down the road they send a bill for additional money owed saying the insurance didn't cover it, even though they supposedly called in for prior approval. They knew how much i was going to be responsible for but also knew at the time i didn't have much money and was contimplating if i wanted to go through with it or not. So they make it look like you won't owe much to get you to go ahead with the service, then they send a bill and threaten to take you to court and report you to collections. This didn't just happen once but twice and not to only myself but i know my cousin had the same issue. They were very unprofessional and rude when i called to see what was up with the bill in the mail 6 months later. I will never go back and neither will my cousin.

    Overall services: Excellent, staff assistance with warm welcoming skills and a fantastic family atmosphere! All associates work together to assure all needs are met. With a fine new associate who recently joined the team " Dr. Bob" who shows top-notch dental skills as a co worker for Dr. Mark Paganini, DDS. He meets the standards of treatment Dr. Paganini has always offered! Hats off to comfort in the dental chair!

    Dr. Paganini and staff is very pleasent: this is such a great place, I hate going to the dentist, but this office makes you feel welcome.
