User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsRecently I had My Truck in the Service Department for the 4 time in one month. The First Time They Did my Rear Brakes and cleaned the Front Brakes. they did an Alignment, Rotate/Balance and a few other thing they did correctly. I got in my car following the service department having my truck for 2 day, and the truck was pulling hard to one side, So I took it back a few day later...and they redid the alignment...Took it home and noticed it Pulling Hard in the other direction. I called immediately and complained...they picked it up the following day and apparently did the alignment right. About a week later I was doing some freeway driving and when I would break over 40 MPH the Steering wheel would shake...So I took it back is and was told I needed new front routers...I was so Pissed, Why was this not discovered the First time...they never tested the braked following the first time at high speeds so they did not notice the shaking. So after the 4th and LAST time in I had the routers replaces their. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. The Staff was rude and never knew what was going on. The owner never had the nerve to call me back after leaving him a message...he had the service manager call me...and he was basically useless, not willing to refund me on just the alignment that took 3 time and 6 hours to do. I would highly recommend going elsewhere even if it means driving a little further, I know I will never go their again.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBeing a woman I have had bad past experiences at other dealerships in the area. I don't feel I get the respect or attention I deserve. But when a friend refered my to Dick morris it was more then a pleasent experience. The service department was great. They really listened to my problems and did everything they could to address them anmd make sure I was completly satisified. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family.

Always great service at a fair price.
I have been burnt at a few other dealerships and have been impressed by their excellent service.
