User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI read the reviews on Yahoo, and decided to give Johnny on the Spot a try, we had another company clean them prior and I was so disappointed, looked no different than if I'd done it. Anyway, I decided to try this company from reading the reviews. WOW, I wished I would have used them prior -- I'm beyond thrilled. My carpets have looked terrible for years, and now they look brand new, I should have done this years ago. I just can express how happy I am with the entire experience. From the people at the office, to the quote, to the woman who scheduled the appointment, and then the 2 gentlemen who came out - such a professional crew, so kind, courteous. Top notch organization - you won't be disappointed.

Land ho...: Our business recently had a flash flood that left us in several inches of water. Not only did Johnny on the Spot respond immediately, but also had our office equipment moved, water extracted, brought in fans for drying areas and monitored and assessed areas for damage and mold. Within a matter of a few days our areas were dry and workable. Thank you for your professionalism and organized plan for getting us back up and running!
