Unbelievably bad news! We bought a 2008 Ford F-150 after driving 90 mi. to get there. After getting it home, we realized there was no spare tire or jack tools. So, back we went. Then, 4 days later, when trying to tilt the steering wheel, the arm fell off. I called the salesman only to be told he'd have to look at the warranty to see if it was covered. You've got to be kidding me! I asked to talk to the owner, Matt Lasko. He got on the phone & wouldn't let me talk, since the saleman, Allen, had in the interim, told him what I wanted. He began to virtually scream at me. He said there was a $100 deductible on the "certified warranty" & we'd have to be there before 9 AM (an hour & 1/2 drive) for them to look at it. When I told him that they should just fix it, he went nuts! He started screaming at the top of his lungs & I virtually couldn't understand him & I hung up. I have NEVER encounterd anything like it. You would think they would be very accomodating to a customer who just spent over $26,000. I truly think the guy is a mental case. Maybe he thought it made him look like a big man in front of the employees when he was screaming at me. NEVER, EVER spend your time or money at this place. Even the saleman seemed to be on speed or something. I'm so sorry I bought from them. If you miss something while there, rest assureed, they won't help you. Horrible experience that upset me so badly that I thought I would get sick to my stomach.
Horrible experience. Every car was scratched and in very poor condition. Prices were way too high. I was told over the phone they would take a certain price, got there and it was a different story. Jay was rude and insulting. Left there and found a great vehicle elsewhere. DONT SHOP THERE!
Awful experience. I was told over the phone that the internet price of a vehicle was negotiable. We agreed on a price and I drove an hour to test drive the vehicle. We again agreed on the negotiated price and continued with paperwork. I got pre-approved, got my trade in vehicle appraised and everything. My husband and I were supposed to finalize everything the next day. My husband wasn't with me at the current time and they would say, "Let's get this done today, without him. You can drive it home today." Before signing anything I asked what the price of the car would be. They kept telling me what my monthly payments would be instead of the total cost. Finally they said it would be full price and they couldn't negotiate at all. It was a total waste of time, I'm glad I didn't waste my money! Dishonest and deceitful. NOTHIN BUT DRUG DEALIN HUSTLERS!
