    I have recently switched all of my insurance needs to New Lothrop Insurance. Bryan and his staff are more than willing to go the extra mile to see that your insurance needs are met and that you get the best price possible. A historic home in the village of New Lothrop was converted over into the office. The staff are very friendly and always treat me with respect.

    The customer service here is awful and so are the prices. I have never had a worse experience with an insurance agency. They quoted me one thing then tired to give me another and when I wanted to talk about it they got mad at me! My advice is to stay away!
