This IS NOT your ordinary, sleazy car dealership!!: Bill Simpson was the most courteous, straight forward and involved sales person I've encountered in nearly 40 years of buying only new vehicles. I ordered my standard Tundra from the factory and Bill's courtesy, professional approach, follow-up effort, attention to detail and regular communication to keep me posted on the it's production status was stellar.

I was immediately impressed by this dealership's ability to keep employees on staff for decades which says a great deal about the integrity of the owner(s). Typically, car sales people, managers and office personnel change jobs every year or two and almost every other dealership, regardless of the name plate, will hire anybody that is standing, has a heartbeat, wears plaid polyester pants-matching white shoes and belt (prison record is optional) as long as they are experienced at screwing customers around as a matter of practice.

The initial vehicle sale and the company's personnel are the only critera on which I can evaluate this dealership (never visited their service dept. - didn't need to). However, my buying experience was very pleasurable and 100% positive. I saved nearly $2,200.00 (including factory rebate) over other Toyota dealers (particularly in Lansing) who played dirty, unethical games with me on pricing. No pricing games at Grand Blanc, though if you get on the WWW and determine the actual factory to dealer cost for the vehicle you intend to buy before you walk in the showroom door. All that remains is agreeing on how much $$ above that figure you can buy your vehicle for. Inventory on Toyotas, especially trucks, was limited compared to the Mercedes and BMW lines they also sell, but you can order a vehicle and get exactly what you want with no hassle. I'll buy a vehicle from Grand Blanc Toyota again.
