There were two salespeople on the floor, and they seemed more interested in continuing their conversation instead of helping the customer. Whe I asked where a section was, I was POINTED, not walked back to, that section. Will not shop there again.
Last week, decided to give FYE the benefit of the doubt one last time, as there was a Ring of Honor video for sale in the store. Was not greeted upon entering, not asked if I needed help, and the gentleman (term used loosely) that rang me up looked like he was very unhappy and that I was interrupting his day. Will order my music, videos and DVD off the web from now on.
