Hamilton's Propane Incorporated

Unbeliveable poor customer service. When my wife went to pay our bill- she got no "thankyou" or anything from them. It was like they don't know who the customer is or who is paying their bills?
Also When I had a problem with my furnace just after a fill, with outside temps a 10deg. They said it was my furnace that was the prob. but as soon as it got above 32deg furnace work fine. Just so happened to be right after a tank switch. I think they got moisture in the line that froze.
I've talked to neighbors who have/had them and they'vw had simular experiences with them (not plesant at all).
Needless to say I'm going to Parkers in Flint. Very pleasant people to talk to and better price!
UPDATE: Went to Parkers (w/some neighbors) we all couldn't be happier! Don't need to deal with them rude people anymore.

I have not dealt with Hamilton's in a business sense. But I did just have a VERY unsavory contact with one of their Heating & Cooling vans. My husband & I were pushing our 2 month old daughter in a stroller on the side of the road we live on. Every passing vehicle slowed way down and pulled to the other side of the road for safety. Hamilton's van however FLEW past us without hardly moving over! I was shocked! My husband shook his head. That's when the van SLAMMED on it's brakes, threw it in reverse and sped back to confront us! The conversation was VERY confrontational & the driver had the nerve to tell us WE were rude for shaking our heads. I promptly pointed out that a roadside confrontation was actually the second rude thing he had done! He ended the conversation with, "Well why don't you call the Police?" Funny, I already had 911 pulled up on my cell phone!

I promise that I will work hard to get the word out about this unfortunate incident!

REGINA I FEEL FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND IF A HAMILTONS DRIVER WAS TRUELY INDEED RUDE TO YOU THAN SHAME ON HIM BUT I THINK EVERY MOTHER IN THE WORLD WOULD AGREE WHEN YOUR WALKING YOUR CHILD, STAY ON THE SIDEWALK, THATS WHAT ITS THERE FOR.

MIS JUDGED....obviously your not from around this area, or if you are, you keep inside your house....as everyone around here has sure to notice by now...there are no sidewalks on the majority of roads around here....as for the driving habits of Hamilton's drivers...they are consistently among the worst and most dangerous I've seen around here. reckless and careless, just like the rest of their service.

I have had very good experiences with Hamilton's from a low price with the prebuy to valve replacement on small tanks for the BBQ and camping. They are very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to propane and related matters. The topper came today when I got some unexpected help from them while figuring expenses for taxes. THANKS GUYS!! You're the best.
