User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsNewfound favorite breakfast place!: First off, I disagree with the other reviews, they don't give them a fair chance. They are small and that makes it difficult to hold many people and it may be crowded, but overall the service is good and so is the food. I just came to visit for the weekend to see some realitives and my family and I ate there every morning that whole week.

Great Value Very Small: The lighthouse has good food cheap. The seating is very limited and usually you will have to wait in the summer to get in the place for breakfast. The service is ok but nothing special. I like the breakfast served at this restaurant. They serve a 'Lighthouse Special' breakfast which includes eggs, hash browns, toast, ham, bacon (thick), and homemade sausage patties (yummy) for $4.50. The previous reviewer mentioned that the bathrooms were bad. I have to say that this restaurant has a bathroom that is better maintained then all the other comparable restaurants in the area and at least the bathroom has a lock which can't be said about any other comparable restaurant in Port Austin.
