I'm beginning to think there are no "good" colorists in the Fenton area. I've shopped around and can honestly say I have been happy only once. Unfortunately, he moved away. I must admit, I am hard to please. Only because I know exactly what works for me and given the price we pay, expect a good outcome. Recently, I tried Ambiance and ended up with the exact opposite of what I requested. I wanted a tonal effect to brighten and add depth to my blond/greying hair. Instead I ended up with an extremely yellowish color that resembles the over-peroxided look. The little bit of contrast I had, is no gone. With fair skin, I look washed out and hard. I called to complain and heard not one apologetic word. I called back a second time to ask the name of the process so I could arrange to go elsewhere and have the color corrected. Again, no apology and oh by the way, the process is call "scruples". Go figure!!

They fried my hair, charged me big bucks,
not as professional as I expected either.
I have been doing hair about 25 years and was looking for a nice salon withouth having to drive back into Brighton. How difficult can it be to find a good hair stylist in Fenton? Any suggestions?
