User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsOur family ordered my sister's headstone in August 2009; it is now November 25, 2009 and still no stone. I have been in correspondence with the office at Roselawn in which I been told the stone would be sent via Priority mail and we would have it within 24 hours, 3 days later, still no stone, then I was told it may have come in but the grounds keeper is on vacation so they would'nt know until he gets back, then I was told it was to muddy for the lady to go back there to check on it herself. STILL NO STONE for my sister on Thanksgiving! I can explain my opinion about Roselawn Memorial Gardens in one word...HEARTLESS!!! I wonder how they would feel if it was their family member?
