Very fair and honest! We are from Ohio and our car had a catastrophic breakdown and had to be towed while visting family in Saginaw, MI. At the recommendation of family, we had our SUV taken to Dex Tech. They fixed it the same day for a very fair price. Additionally, I noticed problems with a vibration in the car after I picked it up. I took it right back and Jay, the manager, went for a test drive with me. He correctly identified the problem as air in the power steering system, which was probably caused by the towing. He advised me that the car was safe to drive back to Ohio and the problem would work itself out, which it did shortly after. If they had been out only to "make a buck," they definitely could have had me replace the power steering pump as well, but instead they were very honest. I HIGHLY recommend Dex Tech to anyone looking for quality, fairly priced, honest auto repair!

No Die Hards: Plan to buy a Delco battery if you have a Sears Diehard. The word at SEARS is Dex doesn't like Diehards. I must admit that my seemingly perfect working Diehard was said to defective and was the cause of my intermittenly no-start problem. SEARS admitted the battery was defective but it was not the reason for the no-start. My car was retained for a week before failing to start when I went to pick it up. Prior to this a previous repair was excellent.

Friendly, Fair and Honest: My family has been taking our cars to Dex Tech for 10 years now, and they are the only car shop in town that will over you excellent customer service, fair prices and speedy repairs. They are good, hardworking and honest individuals.
