About:Long John Silver's(R) is America's largest quick-service seafood chain with more than 1,200 units worldwide. The concept was developed in 1968 and the first Long John Silver's Fish 'n' Chips opened in 1969. Long John Silver's, whose name was inspired by Robert Louis Stevenson's classic Treasure Island, found overwhelming acceptance for this new approach. While the initial restaurants were small wharfside buildings, today's restaurants have updated exteriors that sport a stronger retail identity with bolder colors, accent stripes, illuminated canopies on drive-thrus, and a new roof design. As the concept has grown, Long John Silver's menu has likewise evolved. Today, we offer a menu that meets the desire of consumers looking for more variety and great taste.     Great food: I love this place. The only bad thing is that there are none around my house. I have to go waaaaay out of my way to go here. I love the chicken, fish and hush puppys! The food is good and priced cheap.

    Always a pleasure to go and sit for awhile!: Always have great service here...food is of the best quality!
    Employess seem to work well with each other, have fun and get the job done!
    Highly recommended. Never had a problem with anything. I remember going here when I was a kid.
