I have been to Unique Bridal three times now and I will NEVER go back again! Each time I have been there the women are snooty and rude. I was just in there yesterday trying on wedding dresses because my husband and I are renewing our vows and actually having a church wedding this time. I tried on a few dresses and yes at first they helped out. After the second dress they kept disapearing on me and didn't clip me in the back to make the remaining three fit me right, Also, I did take in my husband and two daughters. They were running around the store and yes, were told not to by my husband, myself and one of the ladies there. My oldest daghter got yelled at because she was looking at the veils and was told not to play with or touch them. She also found safety pins and straight pins ON THE FLOOR and gave them to the lady that was "helping" me. She got snooty with my daughter and told her " that's exactly why we don't let kids play with pins in OUR store" She said this because my youngest daughter was crying and ASSUMED she got poked. The thing is, my youngest was crying because she got my cell phone taken away and my oldest was being nice picking these things up and giving then to the lady so nobody did get poked. How about a THANK YOU instead of being a ***** and getting nasty with my daughter lady. She just did you a favor. There were TWO people working the shift and yes, I happen to go in when a wedding party was there picking up there suits and whatnot. But that still doesn't excuse them from not helping me out. One could have worked with the wedding party while the other worked with me. Nope, didn't happen. Instead, when my 23 month old went running down to the other end of the store, me standing in a dress, the lady looks at me, yells at me and says "You know what, you need to come get your kids and make them sit down because we can't be having them run all over our store." Then she starts laughing and tried resaying what she just said but not so mean like. This lady obviously doesn't have kids yet and I can't wait until she does because she's got another thing coming. Yep, that did me in. I went in and changed, totaly wrote down the numbers to the dresses I like and left. Yes, I got what I was looking for from there. I found my dress that I will be getting but they aren't getting my business. I am taking the dress number to Sempliners Bridal and getting my dress from there. Always liked their business and is my place of choice. No more Uniquie Bridal for this woman. NEVER!!! I probably shouldn't have taken in my children but they really weren't bad at all. This lady just took out her frustration and irritations on my children.

I do not recommend this company to any bride. I went there to have my wedding dress preserved and they sent it out and it is totally damaged and they refuse to acknowledge that it is damaged and there is a large hole in the fabric that was not there prior to them handling it. I paid 3875.00 for my dress in Chicago and now it is worth nothing. Please take caution if you plan to use this company for preservation of your gown. Their response to me was, mistakes can happen. It happened to my dress and they are doing nothing about it.

I was soooo impressed! Tiny shop, cozy and very nice staff! They can order almost anything! So very helpful! This was the experience I was looking for! They work with you, listen to you and provide many services dedicated to make your wedding a wonderful memory! I highly give compliments to the staff!
