User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have only called the service department. If you notice I have said called. Each time that I have called the person on the phone acts as if I'm bothering him. Each time that I have called as asked to get my car in they "talk" me out of it. They tell me to try something to get it to stop malfuctioning. I know nothing about cars, when I call to get my car looked at I want someone who knows what they are doing. I don't like the fact that when I say that may car is not working, they tell me to try something else. I just want to get my car in to get it looked at. You would think during these economic times they would want all the business that they can get.
