He has since passed and the ABATE Region 7 puts on a run to remember Ralph! It was a great time & great bar!
Ralph was not owner of the Blue Moon Saloon. He owned Ralph's Tavern next to the fire hall. Ralph's Run stops in the Blue Moon when the ABATE Region 7 puts it on each year.06/05/10
