User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGrand Illusions is the finest salon in West Branch. Autum Hunter, the owner- designer is highly educated to bring you the most current style and designs. Her employees are also highly educated to pamper you. They are most professional and ethical in character. I rate this salon a 10.If you are looking for the most up to date style and and personal pampering check out Grand Illusions, It is my personal favorite.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTops in the field!: Grand Illusions pays special attention to detail. The salon's owner, Autum Hunter, works extremely hard to make this one of the area's finest. She is a perfectionist when it comes to the salon's impeccable cleanliness and stays updated with comfortably contemporary decor. She requires the utmost of her employees in training and ongoing education in the field, and offers the latest in beauty trends to her customers. Autum and her staff deliver satisfaction, and do what it takes to service their guests and loyal clientele with both skill and professionalism. Autum is personally driven to be the best, has wonderful credentials, and demands the same of her staff. Grand Illusions offers a variety of services, and always welcomes new clientele, as well as large parties for special occasion services. You will enjoy the pleasant atmosphere and the friendly and helpful staff. However, they come in high demand, and often require an appointment to be made well in advance. Pricing is competitive to it's local area, but well below the average industry standards for the services provided. Though I now live over 7 hours from the salon, it's worth my wait to be pampered at Grand Illusions of West Branch when I travel to the area. I was, and still am, a loyal customer!
