Today 9-03-2007 I had my second bad experience from this store. The gal taking Drive Thru orders today was very aggorant. We ordered a large ice coffee and was told that you were out of it. How can a business that advertiises a product be out? Thought coffee in any form was what Tim Hortons is about. This store needs to evaluate their help and procedures. This being the second time we have had an attitude with this stores employees. Where is the owner on vacation? I won't be going back to this Tim Hortons.
