User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsA nightmare of a dealership . They treat you great until you buy the vehicle, Once they have you sold Then the lies and tricks come out. I wouldn't buy another vehicle from this dealer if I had too walk for several hundred Miles .

Not a happy experience by any stretch: After my Taurus overheated, I took it to Moore Motors. Because I was on vacation, I needed the work done quickly so I could have the car to return home. After the original diagnosis, they pushed back the deadline for having the car fixed at least 3 times, with the result that I had to borrow my grandmother's car to return back to work. Even when the car was finally "fixed," the check-engine light stayed on constantly, and though the car ran, issues that should have been fixed (especially for amount of money and time it took) cropped up again and got progressively worse. Now I am being told by another Ford dealership that I am looking at hundreds more dollars to fix things that were supposedly fixed five months ago.

Never again: This is the worst dealership I have ever bought a car from . A finance mgr that will push the sale at any cost . dishonest statements very poor all around . By the way the first person mr omara is a salesman there .
