Horrible service. Incompetent and dishonest.
The person who left the last comment must be related or an employee. They were supposed to do a complete brake job. After I left and came to my first red light (nearly home) I heard and felt the grinding and snapping. I took it to another professional closer to home to be looked at. They were supposed to replace the calipers for one (which they said they did) but while examining the calipers they could not be removed so that means..1) they are the original and never replaced or 2) they were never greased.
So after taking it back to them and making a complaint, they insisted they greased the calipers and what I was feeling in the pedal was the ABS. So they disconnected my ABS. I have been back to them to fix the same problem 3 times and it has not been resolved.
