One of the best resturants in St.Charles: When i lived there at St.Charles my family and I always went to Tony's for breakfest. There food is so yummy and you get alot for your moneys worth. The waiters and waiteress are very attentive and always a friendly face. I recommend anyone to go down there and eat....
