Recently I ordered take out from the Mancino's in Greenville only to realize they have no clue what customer service is. When we ordered we had to ask for a total and then they hung up before we could ask for an estimated time. After receiving our food we found that one of our grinders wasn't made how we had ordered it.When we called they were more concerned about who had taken the order than what our issue with it was. Once we told them our problem they then tried to dispute it, They finally decided, after a long conversation, that they would make us a new one only if we would bring in the other grinder first. We agreed to this only to get off the phone and discover that there wasn't enough time before work to bring it there, wait for a new one, and eat. We called then right back so that they wouldn't have time to make the new grinder. Then they insisted that we talk to the owner who once again tried to dispute that they did anything wrong and then said either eat what you have or bring it in right now. It didn't matter that by that time everyone else had finished eating their dinner without me or that our time frame would not allow us to wait for another. I'm just out the time, gas, the almost $9 that it cost, and still hungry. You would think in a town as small as Greenville they would want to keep their customers happy. Especially since we have more places that make pizza and subs than anything else. I've worked in the food industry for a long time and I was blown away by the way that they acted over a minor mistake. It should've been an easy fix instead I will no longer be a patron of theirs and will make sure to pass the word on how rude the employees were and how the owner doesn't care about his customer's satasfaction.

awesome: mancinos has the best pizza and grinders if youve never been there you are absolutely missing out!
