User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went in there to have them honor a warranty on services they performed. I was given the run around. The front desk guy was rude and made negative comments about me being a "blond" and female. It was the worst case of professionalism I have seen in the auto industry. I ended up having to take my car to a competitor with whom I am greatly satisfied. Don't go here unless you enjoy trash talk and harrasment.

what ever you do!! do not buy mastercraft and coppers they are not worth the hassle to go though i went though 2 sets of tires under warranty and 1st blew out and they try to tell me i ran over a nail and cause the blow outs and i said prove it! so they took the tire out and i watched them they would mess with it for 15 mins and trying to "find" a nail or a hole so they end up giving me the new tire and i had to pay prorated for the other 3 tires so i did and sure enough the 2nd set had problems 2 of them had shifted belt inside the tire to cause it to shake the car and they turn around to say my rims are bent! full of crap i went to bell tire they said my rims are not bent and even the loser that works at clark tire said shifted belt! so i wanted them to honor the warranty they refused so they can stuff them self its not worth to buy a "cheaper" tires i tell every one that i know to avoid this place they try hard not to honor the tire warranty............ i love my high performance brigestone tires... you will get what you pay for it sure did bit my ass
