My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Sundance this summer. To date, I have yet to receive my $50 "good faith deposit" back, I haven't had the repairs done (that the vehicle was kept for 4 days to do), I haven't rec'd the key pod that controls the elec. doors etc., nor the headset for the DVD player...both of which were suppose to be given to me when I picked the vehicle up. The vehicle wasn't even cleaned well.
I've called 4x to talk to managers. One time I actually got to speak to one, and when I told him
the problems I was having with service/lack of the key pod/headset, etc., all he told me was "well, you can open the vehicle with the one key you do have", then said he'd talk to my salesman. (t6he keys have chips in them, and would cost nearly $100 apiece) What good is all the electronic equipment...doors, sliders, etc., when you don't get the key pod to activate them?! The key pod and the headset for the DVD player were to be given to me when the vehicle was picked up..to date, no $50 refund, no repairs, no key pod, no headset, and no consideration for the person who purchased the 10th family vehicle from Sundance. Yes, I'd say that things at this dealership have definitely gone downhill. In our case, once they had their money, the customer's satisfaction was no longer a concern of theirs!! I've sent three daughters, a son-in-law and two aunts to this dealership, in addition to the 10 vehicles I've purchased there...I've definitely given my last reference for this car lot !!!

I think that Sundance is very very RUN down, Their waiting room is DISGUSTING! It is soo old, and DIRTY, I didn't want my kids to even touch anything, I mean if you are going to sell cars, keep up your image and CLEAN for freaking sake, and their popcorn Machine, I would not eat out of it if I was Dieing! I don't think it has EVER been cleaned, I have never seen such a DIRTY business! I am just SICK! Oh ya, And talk about CHEESY commercials, When I first moved here I thought to myself after seeing their commercails that I would never go there because they portray that low down dirty car salesman rap with their embarrassing advertising. I wish I would have listened to my first immpressions of them.

Tried to purchase a vehicle from Sundance and all I did was waste my time. I put cash down to hold a vehicle and was awaiting financing when another salesman sold the vehicle right out from underneath me. The manager and head salesperson promised my wife and I that they would make it up to us and do "whatever it takes" to make us happy (even buy us dinner). We never even received the follow up phone call that they promised, let alone a vehicle or a free dinner. I put my trust in our salesperson (seemed like an honest guy) only to be let down and become really angry. Stay away from this dealership at all costs! They will lie right to your face just to get a sale.
