Subway Sandwiches & Salads

The staff may be friendly and fast but that manager is a lazy bum. I just went there for lunch and the woman in front of me went to cash out and her credit card wouldn't work. The young cashier yells across the store to the manager asking for help and he yells back "i'm just the subway manager, not the credit card company". How innapropriate. I felt so bad for the young woman who was humilitated! He had all his teeniebopper employees thinking that's how you treat customers, what a joke! Come to find out it was not her card, it was the machine. He pushed her order to the side and cashed out all the other people in line as she stood there waiting. Now that I look back, I wish I would have just paid for hers to save her from standing in front of that useless manager! Subway is Subway I guess; they all taste the same but as far as customer service goes, I'd rather drive 5 miles out of my way to another store to not have to deal with him.
