User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThey sent out a notice saying they were going to pick up on such and such date between such and such time. We (me and the neighbors) all had our bags on the curb by 7:30 am (1/2 hour before their deadline) and no one came by to pick up the stuff. Called today, got attitude (which prompted this review) and was told they came down my street yesterday and this morning and that I must have put my stuff out too late in the day. I told them I wasn't sure what street they came down, but it wasn't ours because everyone on the block had their stuff out before I left for work at 7:30 and they were all still there this morning when I left for work again. I even called my husband who works from home and they were still there. She assured me they will be there tomorrow. We'll see!
