User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsthese apartments are alright i guess, for the money you pay its a pretty good deal. there are a few downfalls to it, there is'nt air conditioning, no ceiling fans, no dishwasher, and no dryer/washer in the apt. the windows are foggy as you can see in one of the pictures due to them being double paned and moisure getting inside them over the years. the carpet isnt the greatest. you dont have muc privacy, we used to be able to hear everything from every side of us from the other tenants. the new landlord is kindof unorganized, she always sprung paperwork on us at the last minute.
