Big Apple Bagels

The Big Apple Bagel on S. Westnedge advertises free WIFI, however, good luck connecting to the network. The network is security protected and the code is not provided on any of the boards they have advertising free WIFI. The first employee I asked said he wasn't sure what the code was. Really, this place advertises free WIFI and then puts a security code on the network and doesn't tell employees what it is.

Also, during my visit, I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. After waiting about 6 minutes and noticing the staff was not doing anything, I asked about my order. I found out the women who took my order had ever relayed the order to the employees in the back. I was like the only customer in there. In their defensive, I was offered a free muffin for the inconvenience.

Big Apple Bagel located on the corner of Westnedge and Cork Street is home of delicious pastries, bagels, and serves many varieties of beverages. Most of all, the service is exemplatory! Always starting your day with a smile Elizabeth, Emily, and Jessica rock!
