WOW. I just had a super experience with these people:

On a whim, I stopped in to compare prices on a trailer hitch for my pickup truck with another local (nationwide) company. Taylor turned out to be $100 cheaper. Plus, there is one guy (Vic) who oversees the installation of hitches. I felt good about working with someone who specializes in doing exactly what I needed.

Mine was a difficult situation: it took a lot longer to install the hitch than he originally expected. There were some unforeseen problems with old, rusted bolts. The service guy was amazingly pleasant and did not complain as I expected he might. It took a little while longer to get the hitch installed, but I am 100% impressed with this place. They do all kinds of things at Taylor Rental, but the trailer hitch service I got was top-notch. Check them out!
