dont ever rent from these people . we were with them 6 months and the maintence suck and pat in the office is horrible. the apartment was full of mold and then they want you to pay even when we call maintence they dont ever come except the day before court

Been renting from them for about 6 months. house is ok, but management company is horrible. worked in this field, so i know that customer service is number one. the owner is rude, takes weeks to get phonecalls returned, if ever. when you call her back its always oh i was just going to call you... i bet. the maintenance was all done by us. house was philthy at move in and had pantry pests which they did not want to take care of, took me almost 3 months to get responce on that. have called in services that have taken over a month to be completed. rent is overpriced for the size and area. and while on vacation a few weeks ago, they tried to enter my home without notice or permission. they claim that is not the case, but my garage door was triggered, and that is the only people who would have an additional remote to my garage. owner should work on her attitude toward her residents, espesscially ones who pay in advance, and have done a job just like hers for ten years, and know what to look for in a decent landlord....:)
