User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI grew up in B.C. (Lakeview) and needed to have flowers delivered locally. Instead of pointing and clicking my order I decided to talk IN PERSON to someone in Battle Creek. Some 30 years had passed, but I still remembered Swonk's Flower Shop as a kid. I gave them a call and I was met by the most friendy and obliging people I had dealt with for some time. This was a couple of years ago, and the service just keeps getting better. It makes me feel good to do business with the old familiar of my hometown, and even better to be treated so well. I'll stop by when I'm back in town!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAlways goes above and beyond!: I have family all over the country. Swonk's gives personal attention to my out of state orders, lets me know if the other state can't deliver what I requested and makes recommendations about substitutions. There have been times when I have waited until the last minute to place an order on a busy holiday such as Mother's Day and they've saved me time and again.
