I would NEVER have my Toyota serviced again at this dealership.
Several dishonest "mistakes" were made.
Don't go there!
They charged $80 to diagnose the "Check Engine" light, and said we had to replace the muffler and tailpipe on our '99 Avalon due to holes in them. They said "but that might not be all, the light might still be on and it could be something additional which will be an additional cost." It would have been $1200 for Toyota parts,$800 for other. Luckily we took to Lentze mufflers-they hooked it up to diagnose the "Check Engine" light for FREE, and after less than 5 minutes of looking at the car, said there was no hole in the muffler or tailpipe,but there was indeed a hole in the flex pipe. They replaced it for $200, and the "Check Engine" light is off and the car runs and sounds great again. So they either have a blind mechanic working for them, or they are just dishonest-shame on them.
Sales and Service were top notch.: See Ken Karakula(hope I spelled that right), he was very helpful finding a minivan that fit our budget and guiding us through financing. Also top notch service from the service department.

I bought my vehicle at Metro five years ago and have always been happy. I get all my oil changes and whatever other services are needed for my car there. The sevice team is great! Always friendly, prompt and accurate. I highly recommend Metro to anyone looking for a car and good service!
