I recently bought a used car here at the Kalamazoo location. Without getting into details, let's just say there were some complications. When I expressed my concerns, EVERYONE there from the salesperson all the way up to the CEO made great efforts to correct the issues to my satisfaction. They did everything I could reasonably expect and certainly they did more than they absolutely HAD to do to make things right. I can not say enough about how much effort they made. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction is rare indeed these days and it is reassuring to know that someone at least still really cares about making their customers happy. If you are in the market for a New or Used car, make sure you stop in and see the folks at Harold Zeigler! They will definitely be my first stop the next time I need a vehicle.

May husband's 2006 leased truck was just in the HZ shop for blown fuel injectors. Since his mileage is 5 thousand over factory warranty, we were informed its not covered. We never thought that would be an issue, since his truck is leased. So we got a quote from HZ and it was $600 and some dollars to fix his truck. Called my mechanic, only $300. We told them that we were going to bring it to our mechanic who was cheaper, & they told us it would be a $88 dollar diagnostic charge. When HZ found out, the price instantly came down to $300. He said they thought that his truck was a diesel, therefore he quoted it wrong. Diesel F150's don't come out until 2010, moron! Who diagnosed this vehicle anyway? Ghostbusters?! Not good practices HZ! My fatherinlaw was over his mileage on his lease a couple of months back, & they fixed his truck for free, but not my husbands? Only b/c his dad spent more than us on vehicle's in the last year. We bought a Fusion 2 months before. It's just awful they can't stand behind their leased vehicle's. The truck only has 41,000 miles and was leased in 2007. Bad Leasing, warranty covg, product backup, service dept, & integrity all together!!

I bought my Toyota Corolla DX at HZ in April of 2000. It had a sticker price of $13,500 and the dealer sold it to me for $9700! Eight years and over 120,000 miles later, I'm still driving my car, and it PURRS LIKE A KITTEN! Thanks for a great deal... it sure beat the rude guys across the street at the Toyota dealer!
