    It is definitely a quaint place with a lot of history. And, if you're into visiting haunted places, this is definitely for you. I've had enough direct, personal experience to make such a recommendation.

    The movies are relatively new, no more than a few weeks out from the original release date.

    The interior is definitely dated, but there is a lot of leg room inbetween the rows of seats. And the theater has free matinees in the summer for all those with kids to entertain during the day. That's the only time you see the place somewhat messy

    Also, check out the place during Halloween! They decorate the place as a "Haunted Theater" and have specials shows, including silent movies with actual band accompaniment.

    Show listings?: This is a great neighborhood theater for the family. This site could be improved by providing a link to the current movies showing. LJB

    Great for the price: The Regent is a nice addition to the Allegan community. It is family friendly and very convenient. However, it is not the most up to date theater technology wise, but for the price, it is a good experience
