User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRelaxing atmosphere: State grounds is a great place to go for meeting up with friends or just enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed. You almost feel as if you're sitting in your living room enjoying coffee and conversation with friends. If you haven't stopped in already be sure to on your next trip downtown.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsstate grounds: the only decent coffee round here i hate flavours and i can get a real latte here no funny flavours and you can sit chill in here with their large sofas and chairs ...read relax and they do cool live music at night!
