My daughter and I bought a half of a cow and split it. I was a little apprehensive since this was our first purchase with Pease Packing Co. I have not cooked all the steaks and cuts, but so far the beef is superb.When you buy 153lbs of meat all at once it can make you nervous!!LOL Not to worry..it's great!! Not to worry!!
