Goggins

We had originally went through Canopium for our tent, chairs, dance floor, etc. My wife decided later that she wanted to have chinense laterns for lighting in our tent and Canopium didn't have them, but we found them at Goggin. We switched to Goggin so we could have everything ordered from just one rental vendor, even though Goggin was more expensive. We put through our order with Goggin in December, our wedding was August 29th. 3 days before the wedding we got a call from Goggin saying the chinese laterns would not work with the tent we ordered. Additionally, the tent we were supposed to have delivered on Thursday would not be delivered until Friday. At this time, we had already coordinated everyone, including people from out of town, to help us w/ set up on Thursday. We even had a contract with Goggin that said the tent would be delivered after 12 pm on Thursday. Goggin tried to tell us that Friday technically WAS after 12 pm on Thursday and that there was nothing they could do about it, they would deliver it on Friday. After A LOT of struggle with them they finally decided to deliver our tent on Thursday, but that we still had to pick out other lighting. THis all wouldn't have been that big of a deal if they may have told us about it all a few months before the wedding, but waiting until 3 days before the wedding added A LOT OF STRESS for my wife and I on a day that is already stress filled enough. Not to mention that Mary from Goggin had quite a big attitude when we gave her push back on all of these inconveniences. My advice would be to use Canopium or another rental place, unless you want a lot of hassle on your wedding day

Had a wonderful experience at Goggin, the customer service was amazing, the girls behind the counter are very sweet and knowledgable. and everyone was very helpful and eager to service me. Companies and customer service like this is hard to find..... Just thought I would mention it.
