Even average dry cleaners are hard to find but this one is far and away the worst dry cleaners I've every used. Not only is their quality terrible, so is their customer service. I could give multiple examples but the most important one is that they shrunk (beyond wearable) 3 articles of clothing of mine. All 3 pieces were brand new and 2 of them are now un-wearable. I took them to the cleaners & demanded both my cleaning money back and reimbursement for the 2 pieces. The owner's response was no and that he would give me the cleaning money back. When I said that wasn't good enough, he said he would talk to his wife and assured me he would call me the next day. Five days went by and the cleaners had not called and had both my money and 2 pieces of clothing. I stopped by on the 5th day and was told they were on vacation and the chances of getting a call back were minimal. I called again today (10 days later) and got the owner's wife. She was not only unwilling to compensate me, she was rude. The phone rang for over 2 minutes before someone picked up the phone laughing and said, "hello, I mean ..... Cleaners".
Then I was told that there was nothing they would do for me and they didn't shrink the clothes so I must have done it after I picked them up (despite the fact that the tags were still on the clothes from the cleaners). I finally got them to agree to reimburse me for the cleaning cost. Now, my husband is missing 8 shirts and 1 pair of pants and they aren't willing to do anything about that.
