User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWe have always had great service from this business. We purchased a vacuum there and it is one of the first that has stood up to our deep cleaning. Service is friendly and they have the parts needed to tune up our vacuum.

Very poor service: Took vacuum in for a seal a month ago.. Still waiting for seal. They will not call customer for followups. I had to call Riccar and request the part. This is the second time for poor service from Vacuum Cleaner Hospital.
