Reliant Professional Cleaning

We use Reliant for our office cleaning. All of the Staff I’ve met has always been very friendly. They come into the office after hours, perform a good job of cleaning, lock up and set the security system at night. In addition, the staff seems to be very trustworthy.

This company isn't that bad just because one area is don't mean all of them are. We use this cleaning service in our office in Muskegon and are really happy with them. If we complain about something not being done right management is right on it. Their staff are friendly and always ready to help.

This companying is the worst cleaning company I ever work for. The company supervisor in charge of the Grand rapids cleaning accounts Travis Jenerou is a big liar and should not be trusted . He hires lazies employees that donot due there jobs assignments correctly because of Travis not training them right. The floor scrubbers he provided to clean a particuliar job account in G.R were terrible condition. When you asked him to fix the equipment, he would fix it just enough to get the job assignment done for the day. Some of my fellow co-workers had criminal and drug habits which Travis did not check throughly or just brushed the issue to the side. Due to his careless attitude we lost a big cleaning account in Grand rapids because of him. Severely times I informed Travis by phone that someone did not show up for there cleaning assignment. And he did not show up to cover that employees shift.The next time I came back to that particuliar cleaning assignment account. I would receive alot of complaints from company supervisor and staff that no one showed up to clean on that assigned shift. He gives to many chances to employees who do not care to show up for work or do not show up for days for there work assignment. In my opinion I would not trust Travis to handle your cleaning account at your business. All he cares about is taking peoples money without providing satisfactory work. He has a very fake personality and you should not trust any word that comes out of his mouth. He has lied to me personally severely times.
