User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThey had a deal this week going on and they told me I got approved and then I test drove the car that I was getting and the next day they told me never Mind I was not approved . There ad said 100% approval . They lied to get people to stop in.

Disappointing experience with the service center last winter. Due to cold; my key broke off in the ignition and could not be retrieved. The ignition had to be replaced. The experience was "okay" up until the point I paid over $450.00 and got in my car to leave - at which point I went to use my turn signal and it was broken. When I turned around and went back into the service center to have them correct this - I was told "it must have been broken before I brought the car in" because they had a seasoned mechanic on my car and he would not have broken it. They also said he would not touch the turn signal to replace the ignition (this I later found out is completely false). Oddly when they tried to get me to pay for "them" to repair the turn signal switch and I refused stating it was not broken when I came in - they offered to "repair it for free" if I got the part from the junkyard. I opted to leave instead.
I do not recommend this service center. For good mechanics in this area - go to the car talk website and run a search. -

Derek Endres at Gage Motor Mall is a great guy. We leased a Pacifica through him which we are very happy with. He was very willing to work with us with financing and finding the perfect vehicle. Nice, friendly, no pressure salesman.
